As the Learning & Development industry focuses on return on investment (ROI), we at BlueTea decided to try to put our arms around the math. 

 

While there is no question that an investment in employee training will improve productivity and corporate profits, there is not much consensus on how much each Euro invested in training will add to the bottom line.
